Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our event management team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating and closing leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the event management industry.

Responsibilities:
• Identify and convert leads into clients for corporate and private events.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet revenue goals.
• Create tailored event proposals and handle client objections.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with the event planning team to deliver seamless client experiences.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the event management industry.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
