Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Senior Bid Writer at BWL Group. As a Senior Bid Writer, you will be responsible for leading and managing the bid process, including preparing bids, developing bid strategies, and coordinating with team members.

The role accommodates flexible home-based working throughout the UK.

Qualifications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in bid writing, proposal development, and tender submissions
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Prior experience in the construction, engineering, or related industries is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
