Your Role: Senior Digital Marketing Executive - Are you a strategic thinker who gets excited about driving campaigns that move the needle? With over 5 years of experience and a love for marketing, you’ll fit right in with our talented team. We’re on the lookout for someone who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and dive into creating digital magic – agency experience is a bonus, but passion and drive are essential!

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Dreaming up and executing next-level digital marketing strategies that blow clients’ expectations and deliver results.
• Taking the lead on digital campaigns across all platforms – social media, search engines, email, display ads.
• Channeling your SEO skills to improve organic search rankings and bring in targeted traffic.
• Crafting, launching, and optimising effective and impactful online ad campaigns (PPC, display ads, retargeting).
• Digging into the data to uncover insights and trends that keep our strategies fresh and successful.
• Teaming up with our creative team to develop content that hits home with audiences and tells compelling brand stories.
• Managing budgets to ensure our clients get the absolute most from their budget.
• Staying ahead of the curve on the latest trends and technologies.
• Guiding and inspiring junior team members, creating an environment of growth, learning, and fun.
• Presenting campaign results and strategic recommendations to both clients and senior leadership.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: 5+ years in a senior digital marketing role, with bonus points for agency experience.
• Skills: Understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics – you’re fluent in the language of digital.
• Strategic Thinker: You don’t just do campaigns; you build comprehensive, future-focused strategies.
• Analytical Mind: Numbers don’t scare you – you love digging into data to make informed decisions.
• Leader: You’ve got the experience and drive to mentor and lead a team with confidence.
• Creative: Your ideas are fresh, innovative, and always on-point. You think outside the box to create engaging content.
• Communicator: Whether in an email, meeting, or presentation, your communication skills are on point.
• Adaptable: You love a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Tools: You know your way around platforms like Google Analytics, Ads Platforms, SEMrush, and other digital tools of the trade.
• Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or something related would be great – but if your experience speaks for itself, we’re listening.
