Role Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Production Manager & Design Assistant with extensive experience in luxury fashion. This role involves managing the production process, assisting with design development, and meticulously handling customer orders to ensure every piece meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities :
• Oversee and manage the full production process, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
• Collaborate with designers on concept development and sample creation.
• Source high-quality materials and coordinate with manufacturers.
• Review and manage customer orders with precise attention to detail.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all pieces meet client specifications and brand standards.

Qualifications :
• Proven experience in luxury fashion production and design assistance.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
