Sales and Operations Manager | Boutique Fashion

ituated in our STORM Head Office in Grey Lynn, Our Retail Operations Manager role is Key within our organization, managing both the online and instore customer experience.



The successful candidate would support our 8 retail stores and our online business in driving sales, coaching the team and anything related to the general day to day operation of their boutiques.



The Ideal Candidate will:



Drive online sales and profitability through providing an industry leading exceptional online customer experience.
Have leadership experience working in multi-site retail management.
Have experience with managing recruitment, and staff development.
Be proficient and confident with using Microsoft, and a problem-solving attitude when it comes to dealing with retail platforms in general.
Own the online customer experience by driving the online store with the goal of increasing traffic to the site, maximizing conversion rates.
Following up on in store orders and transfers ensuring stock is in the correct place whilst ensuring they are processed as collected by the courier as soon as possible.
Coordinating and running stock takes in store and our distribution Centre.
Contribute to the profitably and growth of Storm consistent with Storm’s target market and as a result, achieving sales and GP% budgets as set by the company.
