Mortgage & Protection Advisers
Home-Based
Basic £32,000 + commission
You can expect to be kept busy with new enquiries via the website, social media channels, and business partnerships with estate agents, accountants, solicitors, and national housebuilders. Enquiries are also generated via the existing client base.
What's involved?
As an experienced CeMap-qualified mortgage adviser, you'll use all your skills and knowledge to keep your customers and business partnerships happy, which will keep the leads rolling in.
Of course, you'll have lots of help from your other team members and full administration support to stay on top of your pipeline cases, so you'll have more time to deal with your customers.
You'll be working from home, so you must stay focused and on task when necessary.
The company has a growing reputation and has won mortgage industry awards. It is growing measuredly to ensure you will meet your objectives and theirs.

• +0% purchase & remortgage
• 10% bridging - Development - Commercial
• 20 leads per month
• 70% Conversion
• Top Adviser banked 1+0k Earnings £88k
• 50% commission on banking over 150k
• 20% commission on referrals from leads provided
• Employed with £32k salary
• One weekend in 4 to 5 with a day off in lieu
• Full administration
• Sourcing system Trigold
• Bespoke CRM via Mortgage keeper
• Laptop - mobile phone - VoIP phone system
To qualify for this position, you will need the following as a minimum:
• Cemap or equivalent
• CAS (competent advisor status)
• 12 months of trading experience
