We are looking for motivated Telecallers who are passionate about sales and can work on a flexible schedule to help us grow.Job Description : We are seeking Telecallers to join our team on a commission basis. As a Telecaller for MegaDMart, you will be responsible for contacting potential partners such as sales executives, HR professionals, digital marketers, influencers, and customers to associate with our platform.

This role offers the flexibility to work 2-4 hours per day, with earning potential between - 30,000 to - 50,000 per month, based on closures.Key Responsibilities : - Make outbound calls to potential sales executives, HRs, digital marketers, influencers, and customers.- Explain the benefits of partnering with MegaDMart.com.- Drive conversations to successful partnerships, leading to business closures.- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.- Achieve set targets on a weekly or monthly basis.- Report performance and results to the team manager.Requirements : - Excellent communication and persuasion skills in both English and Hindi (or local languages).- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.- Experience in telecalling, sales, or a customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.- A good understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, or HR functions is a plus.- Must have access to a phone and internet connection.- Ability to work flexibly between 2-4 hours per day.What We Offer : - Flexible working hours with the ability to work from home.- High commission-based earning potential between 30,000 - 50,000 per month depending on performance.- Opportunity to be part of a growing e-commerce platform.- Regular training and support from the MegaDMart team.
