Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Manager or Director level experience in operational & technical accounting
Exposure to Treasury and Budgeting responsibilities
Experience with percentage-of-completion or other milestone type project accounting
Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups, SumIFs, etc
Relevant industry experience including construction, installation, manufacturing
Experience working directly with employees in the field to support operations
ERP Implementation experience
Experience working for a PE backed company

This person should come with a strong background in overseeing both corporate accounting and technical accounting/financial reporting in a construction/project-based environment. They also should also be intrinsically motivated and eager to grow in their career.

Must-haves:
