Job Description
Create, develop and execute innovative sales strategies to convert users from existing brands to Milwaukee across all product categories and via your assigned teams.
Enable your team to effectively present and sell the Milwaukee value proposition to defined users.
Regularly evaluate the performance of the strategy to the plan and make changes where required to achieve desired outcomes.
Understand the user and dealer network thoroughly so that you can direct your team effectively.
Identify and implement the user focussed channel marketing strategies defined by the Channel Managers.
Coach, mentor and develop your team to build a high performing sales team whilst be conscious of contributing to a fair work/life balance for each team member and supporting the broader Milwaukee leadership team.
About you:
Minimum of 2-3 years sales team management experience
Good knowledge of developing and managing a high-performance sales team
Experienced with developing sales processes and using CRM software.
High level communication, presentation and leadership skills.
Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving capability.
High level commercial sense and deal making capability.
