you will:
Have a background working in large hotels
Manage and organise the kitchen
Bring flair and creativeness into the kitchen
Plan and organise menus to the highest standards
Manage, train and develop the team
Ensure the kitchen is run adhering to all health and hygiene standards
Oversee and develop stock delivery and control procedures
