o Implement robust risk and control mechanisms to safeguard the integrity and security of the bank’s software systems.

• Talent and Team Development:

o Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the engineering teams.

o Lead the development and retention of top technical talent, ensuring the team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to drive automation and innovation.

o Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members, supporting their professional growth.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:

o Proven experience in software development, with a focus on automation, DevOps, and end-to-end change management.

o Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and experience with Ansible (desirable).
