Position: Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Type: Contract / Part-time

Location: Remote

Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt to join our team on a contract basis. The SME will be responsible for reviewing, editing, and enhancing the content for our upcoming Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course. The ideal candidate will ensure that all course materials adhere to the latest industry standards and best practices, providing learners with a comprehensive and accurate understanding of Lean Six Sigma concepts and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
• Curriculum Review and Update: Assess the current curriculum structure and provide an updated course curriculum to ensure it aligns with the latest Lean Six Sigma methodologies, industry standards, and learning objectives, while ensuring relevant content is retained.
• Review, Edit, and Update Course Content: Analyze and revise existing content related; provide new content for gaps. It is anticipated that about 35% new content may be required to be created.
• The program will have content for video scripts, assignments and lab activities at topic, lesson, and course levels, real industry case studies, scenario-based knowledge checks, among other things.
• Alignment with Best Practices: Ensure all content reflects the latest Lean Six Sigma methodologies, tools, techniques, and industry best practices.
• Collaboration: Work closely, through meetings, phone calls, and emails, with the instructional design team and key client stakeholders to identify and address any gaps, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies in the material.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that course content meets targeted learning outcomes, aligns with the intended audience's needs, and supports a diverse range of learning styles.

Qualifications:
• Certification:IASSC-certified Green Belt
• Experience: 10-12 years of hands-on industry experience as a Green Belt
• Experience working in diverse industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, IT, finance, or other fields where Lean Six Sigma methodologies are applied.
• Should have all the relevant up to date certifications
• Have prior curriculum and content creation expertise in this subject area

Job Types: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

Pay: ₹546,+76.64 - ₹1,+86,006.30 per year

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:
• Day shift
