Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Microbiologist to join our team at Dr Lal PathLabs (Pvt) Ltd. As a Microbiologist, you will take charge as the Technical and Administrative head of the lab, overseeing various technical aspects and ensuring the efficient operation of the laboratory.

Responsibilities:

- Timely calibration of instruments and running controls to ensure accurate results.

- Daily maintenance of machines and coordination with engineers as needed.

- Strictly monitoring the Quality control of all tests conducted.

- Ensuring accurate testing, validation, and timely release of reports.

- Efficient inventory control to manage resources effectively.

- Providing guidance to technicians and other lab staff members.

- Keeping the lab's operational costs within budgeted limits.

- Preparing the lab for NABL audit and other applicable audits.

- Active participation in Continuous Medical Education (CMEs).

- Additional duties as assigned by the company.
