Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commis Chef at Clayton Hotels in Cambridge. The Commis Chef will be responsible for food preparation, maintaining hygiene standards, effective communication with the team, cooking dishes to perfection, and demonstrating strong culinary skills on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• Food Preparation and Cooking skills
• Hygiene standards compliance
• Effective Communication within the team
• Culinary Skills mastery
• Experience in a similar role
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and creativity in culinary techniques
• Formal culinary arts education or certification is a plus
