Join our team as a seasonal sales associate for the holiday season and contribute towards spreading warmth! In this position, you'll represent Bath & Body Works - understanding our clients' requirements and guiding them to select the best products for self-use and gifting. Our associates are committed to providing outstanding and consistent customer experiences that contribute to the sales growth of their outlets, fostering a positive, vibrant ambiance.

Responsibilities

- Offering extraordinary in-store shopping experiences
- Establishing a satisfied and loyal customer base through interaction, identifying needs, recommending products, and collecting customer data to advance ongoing engagement
- Assisting with replenishment of store products to maintain abundance
- Aiding in executing floorset, window changes, visual presentations and marketing placement when required
- Upholding our beliefs, policies, and protocols

Qualifications

- Adept at tackling a customer-priority retail environment
- Demonstrated sales and customer service results in a high-velocity environment
- Flexibility for assorted weekly shifts inclusive of weekends, closing and peak times
- Effective communication skills, receptiveness to feedback and adapt quickly
- No experience needed.
