· Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and Gain knowledge on competition.

· Maintaining customer records based on service reports and analyzing the market requirements and sharing the same to the managers on daily and weekly basis.

· Planning for AMC and Schedule Maintenance for Existing and New Clients and Customers.

· Should be ready to travel for the service as per the company requirements.

· Working along with the sales team in Initiating Demo for the interested Customers and client based on the product requirements.

· Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry

trends, market activities, and competitors.

· Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, summarizing information based on the market requirement and sharing the same to the managers on weekly and Daily Basis.

· Maintains quality service and establishing Customer Relationship.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as per guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
