Connect Appointments have a new opportunity with our Broxburn based production client. We're seeking a reliable and experienced individual to become a Service Technician.

What's on offer?
• Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00 - with an early Friday finish
• £25,700 per annum
• Temporary to permanent opportunity

Working as a Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
• Inspect and clean products that have been returned from customers in a timely manner
• Repair damaged items and communicate with service technicians regarding repairs
• Maintain and test products following the maintenance schedule
• Pick and pack items for orders, ensuring they're suitable for customer use
• Keep track of stock levels, reporting to management if replenishment is required
• Regular reviews of stock levels
• Communicating with operations team regarding scrapping items and replenishment

Skills

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, with the following skills, traits and experience:
• Understanding of electrical equipment with some experience in electrical repairs
• Strong time management skills and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
