Are you a detail-oriented Technical Author with strong Business Analysis skills in DR/BC? Do you excel at dissecting processes and documenting them clearly and comprehensively? If so, this contract opportunity is for you.

A globally-renowned organisation seeks a top-tier Technical Author with BA expertise to work with stakeholders across various business units. You will understand their disaster recovery processes, identify processes, thoroughly document your findings, and provide advice and assistance on potential improvements

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks to daily operations.
• Review existing continuity plans and determine acceptable downtime for critical functions.
• Develop contingency plans for identified gaps in critical functions.
• Review and revise existing plans, considering essential resources for recovery.
• Prepare step-by-step work instructions for restoring key processes.
