Responsibilities
Perform repairs to mobile office trailers including framing and finish carpentry, electrical, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, running gear, and all other facets of modular building repair
The candidate will be moving trailers, measuring and cutting base board, tearing out carpet, cleaning up floors, using a polisher to clean floors
Responsible for quality repairs, refurbishment, check-in, and modification of all modular buildings and containers in the yard
Will be working in the yard with covered work areas where they will be repairing modular offices to prepare them to be rented back out into the field
Installing doors
Working with AC units
This job involves the following physical demands: Walking, standing, bending, stretching, use of hands and fingers to hold, grasp, push, and lift items
