About the Role
As the Senior Bids & Proposals Writer in Service Stream’s Corporate division, you’ll work with the Business Development team to support the strategy and growth of the business. In this newly created position, you’ll be responsible for developing work winning content to be used across our bids & proposals and for reviewing and providing guidance around the quality, consistency and accuracy of submissions produced by the other business development / bid teams that sit within each of Service Stream’s divisions – Utilities, Telecommunications, Transport and Defence & Social Infrastructure.
This role can be based in Melbourne or Sydney with a mix of working from the office or from home. Service Stream’s office locations include Collins St, Melbourne CBD Vic, and Chatswood NSW.
Nature of position: Permanent, Full Time (Hybrid)
Location: Flexible - Melbourne, VIC or Sydney, NSW
Reporting Line: Executive General Manager - Strategy & Growth
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit work winning content for bids responses, proposals, client presentations, management plans and capability documents
Provide guidance and suggest improvements to drive consistency and quality of submissions developed by the bid teams across Service Stream’s operational divisions
Support the ongoing drive to refine and improve the efficiency of bids & proposals processes across all Service Stream divisions
Support the development and enrichment of content on the work winning / SharePoint bid library
Work closely with the Corporate Support teams and the Business Development teams within Service Stream’s operational divisions to source information from across the business and develop written content
