Purpose of the Role

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will develop, edit, and manage internal technical documentation for the Technology department and those team members using Confluence . You’ll support development teams, assist with onboarding, and enhance functionality features. You'll also direct a team of Technical Writers, work with SMEs to refine documentation quality, and create a new content structure. Your role involves consolidating existing documents, producing new content, and ensuring high quality standards.
