Job Overview: The UX Designer will be instrumental in shaping visual and interactive elements across our digital platforms. This role requires a creative individual who can design visually appealing graphics as well as optimize user interfaces for the best user experience, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

Key Responsibilities:
• Use Figma to develop and refine user interfaces and experiences on our website and mobile apps.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure that aesthetics are also aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in UX design & graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing skills in both areas.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles with an exceptional eye for detail.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Interaction Design, or a related field is preferred. Experience in conducting user research and usability testing.
