Tendering Engineer

M/s MURARI LAL AGARWAL specializes in the construction, maintenance, and operation of civil infrastructure development projects, including but not limited to highways, bridges, and tollways. We have successfully executed projects under various models, such as EPC, PBMC, and BOT through PPP model. Our dedicated team, assets, and advanced engineering expertise allow us to manage a diverse range of projects with varying levels of complexity.

We are currently seeking a Tendering Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis at our corporate office in Jaipur. The selected candidate will contribute in the following ways:

Job Responsibilities:
• Identification and study of tenders and review of pre-qualification criteria
• Tender estimation and costing, preparation of tender synopsis
• Preparing costing (direct & indirect) in accordance with tender requirements
• Documentation for tender submission (technical & financial)
• Analyzing past bids and conducting competitor analysis
• Preparation of post-bid cost estimates (budget)
• Draft letters and correspondence with government departments regarding ongoing projects
• Coordinate with pre-bid consultants and Perform quantity takeoffs for EPC tenders
• Float inquiries, collect quotations, negotiate with suppliers, and prepare comparison statements
• Handling any other tasks as needed
Qualifications Required:
• M Tech/B Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in National Highway projects
• Strong understanding of EPC, PBMC, and related contracts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
