Digital Marketing Specialist

As a Digital Marketing Expert at [Fashion Passion Apparels (India) Private Limited], you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both B2B and B2C digital marketing tactics and possess a strong background in ecommerce or digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales across various online channels, including but not limited to, search engines, social media, email, and display advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Create and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including pay-per-click (PPC), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and email marketing, to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align digital marketing initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor and analyse key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement, to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, ecommerce, and technology to maintain a competitive edge.
• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
• Lead and mentor junior members of the digital marketing team, providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth and development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
