Part Time Content Creator | Ten Tops Flying Tiger Copenhagen

The Content Creator will be responsible for the two retail brands. They will play a key role by creating and posting engaging content and engaging with our online communities across both our Ten Tops Business and our new Global Franchise Brand to maximise brand awareness, customer experience, and drive traffic in the store.



Duties and responsibilities

Social Media Content Creation

Creating and posting engaging social media content across Facebook, Instagram & TikTok.

Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Store Managers to generate creative ideas for engaging and relevant social media content for our stores.
Creating social media content from scratch. Planning, asset production (video & photo), editing and posting.
Posting content across the different platforms & placements.
Use analytics tools to monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on data insights.


Community Management

Monitor and engage with our online communities across our various social media platforms, including responding to comments, messages & reviews.

Manage social media interactions, ensuring active and positive engagement with followers.
Managing negative online interactions and collaborating with our stores in order to develop ideal responses.


Digital Design

Conceptualise visually appealing digital assets, including social media graphics, email newsletters, website banners and other digital marketing materials for our clients.

Support with high volume projects or nearing deadlines.
Maintaining brand consistency across all visual elements, ensuring all designs align with our brand guidelines.
Participate in design team brainstorming sessions and contribute to insights, new trends & creative ideas.
