Freshworks is seeking a motivated and resourceful Call Center Associate to join our team in Kolkata, West Bengal. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
- Providing product information and assistance to customers

- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
