Our client is a successful manufacturer based in Durham. They are currently looking for a Management Accountant to join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

About The Management Accountant

Responsibilities of the Management Accountant include:
• Monthly management account analysis and reporting for individual entities.
• VAT returns
• Financial forecasting projects
• Point of contact for year-end compliance financial audits and tax analysis
• Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Collaborate with various departments to optimise financial processes and systems.

About You

As Management Accountant, you will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for driving financial performance.

Other Requirements Of The Management Accountant Include
• A professional accounting qualification (ACA or ACCA) is essential.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
