Job Title: Management Accountant

Location: Cambridge

Hybrid Working: 3 days on-site

I have exclusively partnered with a leading manufacturing organisation who are recruiting for a Management Accountant for their site located in Cambridge.

This role will play a key part in providing financial information to the UK Operations of the business from monitoring labour costs, raising PO's , weekly P&L flash reports, product costings to financial analysis of the businesses data.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the month-End preparation and full close
• Post Journals and provide variance analysis
• Support with the annual budget and forecasting for the site
• support with weekly flash reporting
• Prepare labour costs, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and post month end files
• Support with costings, whilst working closely with the Senior Accountant
• Business partner with the wider business to support with Financial decisions

Qualifications and Skills
• Part-Qualified (ACCA/CIMA or Qualified by experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment will be desirable
• Self-motivated, and confident with business partnering
• Willingness to learn and continue developing
• Advanced excel and knowledge of financial systems
