Remote Full Stack Engineer| 2 | Turing

NASDAQ listed ad-tech company is looking for a Full Stack Engineer. The company allows advertisers to launch multichannel and cross-device marketing campaigns in real-time using retarget digital display ads. The selected candidate must possess tech superiority, data-rich customer insights, and be capable of bringing innovative solutions to complex problems. The candidate must have a demonstrated track record of taking initiative and acting as a leader while being comfortable with a very fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position and LATAM candidates will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
• Build productivity tools for the internal teams in order to manage an increasing number of clients and to scale the business
• Design, develop, ship, and maintain web-based tools for advertisers, retailers, and internal users
• Understand product and customer priorities, and balance those against operational and technical needs
• Guarantee top quality code; practice code reviews, unit tests, integration tests, and end-to-end tests in a continuous integration environment
• Work with over 400 Million SKUs, and decide which products ads to serve
• Work with UX and Product teams to design quality products

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of programming experience, writing codes and unit tests in an object-oriented programming language
• Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, optimization
• Must be product minded and committed to building the best customer experience
• Strong commitment to quality designs, automated testing, and documentation
• Must be passionate about shipping quality high-performance code
• Must have a strong sense of ownership and a dislike for passing the buck
• Must be a problem solver, a fixer, and a creative technologist
• Strong communicator and a team player who can work efficiently with others
• Experience in an eCommerce or digital advertising technology business
• Experience working with product owners to understand and implement business requirements
