Job Description:

As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site activities related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of agricultural equipment. You will work closely with project managers, technicians, and clients to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

· On-Site Supervision: Oversee and manage the installation, testing, and maintenance of agricultural equipment at various client sites.

· Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and troubleshoot issues related to equipment operations, ensuring minimal downtime.

· Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers and team members to plan and execute project tasks effectively.

· Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work is performed according to company standards and safety regulations.

· Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any concerns.

· Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed, including reports, inspections, and maintenance logs.

· Training: Assist in training clients and new team members on equipment usage and maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

· Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Electro-Mechanical Engineering/ Civil Engineering/ ITI certification in relevant trade

· Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome; prior internship or project experience in a related field is a plus.

· Technical Skills: Basic understanding of agricultural equipment and mechanical systems.

· Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
