About the internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop official letters and proposals.

2. Work on counseling underprivileged people.

3. Handle virtual interns for the cause.

4. Work on making/appearing in the organization's awareness videos.

5. Work on making court visits and client handling.

Job Description: Corporate Legal Content Creator

Key Responsibilities:
• Content Creation:
• Write and edit articles, blog posts, whitepapers, newsletters, and other digital content on corporate legal topics.
• Develop content related to corporate governance, compliance, contracts, intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions, and other legal topics.
• Draft internal communications for legal updates, policy changes, and regulatory compliance.
• Content Strategy:
• Collaborate with legal and marketing teams to develop a content strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and regulatory requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on legal trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in corporate law to create timely and relevant content.
• Editing & Proofreading:
• Review legal documents, presentations, and content for accuracy and clarity.
• Ensure that all content complies with legal standards and is free from errors.
• Cross-Department Collaboration:
• Work closely with the legal, compliance, marketing, and corporate communications teams to ensure legal content aligns with broader company strategies.
• Assist in developing training materials and internal guides for non-legal teams.
• Research:
• Conduct thorough legal research to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and reflects the latest legal developments.
• Monitor relevant legal publications and industry news to identify content opportunities.
• Digital Content Management:
• Manage and update the legal content on the company’s website, intranet, and other platforms.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and ensure content adheres to accessibility standards.
• Content Compliance:
• Ensure that all content complies with corporate policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Collaborate with legal counsel to approve content that touches on sensitive legal issues.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience:
• 3-5 years of experience in content creation, preferably in a legal or corporate environment.
• Experience in writing legal articles, reports, or publications is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Excellent understanding of corporate law and the ability to translate complex legal issues into understandable language.
• Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital content best practices.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism, especially when handling sensitive legal information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
