Responsibilities
We are looking for a hardworking and responsible Executive Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner to a physician/CEO plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills
You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the doctor's working and personal life.
Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Handle email requests and queries appropriately
Manage daily schedule, schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements and meal arrangements
Take dictation and minutes
Source office supplies and other purchases
Produce reports, presentations and briefs
Devise and maintain office filing system
Some bookkeeping work
Manage daily schedule, schedule meetings and appointments
Make travel arrangements, meal arrangements, and travel itineraries
Event planning
Picking up and delivering business/personal items
Assemble reports & financial data
Handle personal paperwork for family doctors, schools, and clubs
Significant Property management duties (4 rental properties)
Managing deliveries, maintenance, repairs, and resupply
Assistance and coordination of construction projects both residential and commercial
Gift Buying
Arrange repairs and maintenance for vehicles
Draft letters
Some Payroll review
Other duties as assigned
Arrange bank visits

Schedule

Typical onsite hours would be as follows:

Monday: 8am-6pm

Tuesday: 8:30am-6pm

Wednesday: 6:30am-4:30pm

Thursday: 6:30am-4:30pm

Friday: 6:30am-4:30pm

Occasional Weekend work

Pay $30/hr with overtime
