Job Overview

Our client is seeking a motivated Junior Litigator to join their Macclesfield team. This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified (NQ) solicitor or someone with up to 3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in civil litigation and contentious probate. The successful candidate will work closely with the senior partner, gaining invaluable mentorship and experience while contributing to a variety of legal cases.

Responsibilities
• Handle a variety of general civil litigation and contentious probate cases.
• Assist the senior partner with case management and preparation.
• Conduct legal research, draft documents, and attend court hearings.
• Liaise with clients, counsel, and other parties involved in litigation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and practices.

Qualifications:
• Newly Qualified or up to 3 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong understanding of civil litigation and contentious probate.
• Excellent research, drafting, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to work under supervision and take initiative.
• All legal qualifications will be considered.
