Responsibilities
Responsible for all aspects of the injection molding and value-added processes including set-up and tear down, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and workflow
Monitor KPIs to ensure scrap goals, machine efficiency goals, and production schedules are executed to support customer demands
Manage raw molding materials to ensure traceability and prevent contamination
Confirm shot weight matches BOM, record all purges, and document all scrap for accurate inventory levels
Track downtime to ensure die sets and material changes are properly planned and completed within the allowed period

Job Description
