TheGraphic Designer will have a creative and proactive work ethic, strong problem-solving skills and unique perspective as well as the ability to tackle new projects no matter how big or small
Proficiency working as a graphic designer, preferably with agency or healthcare experience
Comfortable with fast-paced environment
Adaptability and flexibility
Highly detailed and profound proofer
Has exceptional communication, organizational, and creative skills
Works well in a collaborative setting, yet is able to lead projects independently.Is able to problem-solve but is not afraid of asking questions
Responsibilities
The Graphic Designer will support the organization through visual storytelling to drive engagement among consumers seeking senior living options as well as career pathways
This individual will plan and produce visual components that will be implemented across various channels
Create design concepts for initiatives that align with, and advance, the organization's mission which may include logos, infographics, newsletters, and illustrations
Design and produce branded collateral and promotional files for use across development, recruiting, and marketing via print, email, digital, and social channels
Maintain branding playbook
Organize and manage all storage of assets and files
Serves as an internal consultant and collaborative partner across all departments

Senior Living Hiring is seeking an individual who is capable of producing high-quality, detailed work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. The Graphic Designer will support the organization through visual storytelling to drive engagement among consumers seeking senior living options as well as career pathways. This individual will plan and produce visual components that will be implemented across various channels.
