Job description
Job Description:

We’re looking for a Legal Counsel to accomplish tasks such as doing research, handling paperwork, helping the company with projects, taking part in client interviews, and learning about daily affairs in the legal field.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Managing all contracts and agreements repository of the company
• To get legal due diligence conducted periodically and resolve the observations and non-compliance with help of other teams.
• Drafting standard legal contracts and updating them from time-to-time basis learnings from business
• Reviewing and negotiating any legal contract that comes to the company basis our internal benchmarks.
• Handling all notices, disputes, and litigations directly or through an appointed agency to ensure proper settlement.
• Advice on trademarks, intellectual property, patents that the company owns or want to own.
• Review and draft SOPs for the company from a legal compliance perspective
• To do legal due diligence at the time of investments or acquisitions in other companies

Requirements & Skills:
• Educational Qualification in LLM or LLB.
• 0 to 2 Years of Experience as a legal specialist or any related role.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to understand the requirement.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
