Job Title: Technician (4 Wheeler)
:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technician (4 Wheeler) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in the automobile RSA (Roadside Assistance) industry and will be responsible for providing mechanical support and exceptional customer service on the road.

Responsibilities:
• Vehicle Custody: Take custody of vehicles and ensure proper handling during service.
• Mechanical Support: Provide mechanical assistance to customers on-site.
• Experience: Utilize your 2 to 3 years of experience in the automobile RSA industry to effectively address issues with 4-wheelers.
• Timely Attendance: Respond promptly to customer requests and attend to them on the road.
• Customer Management: Handle agitated customers professionally and ensure their concerns are resolved.
• Call Handling: Be attentive and responsive when taking calls related to service requests.

Requirements:
• Driving License: A valid 4 Wheeler driving license is mandatory.
• Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in the RSA industry, specifically with 4-wheelers.
• Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in providing mechanical support and resolving vehicle issues.
• Customer Service: Ability to manage and address customer concerns effectively, including handling difficult situations.
• Availability: Willingness to work 12 or 24-hour shifts as required.

Salary:
• Take-Home Salary: 18,000 to 20,000 per month
• Incentives: Additional incentives based on performance
