Job description
Responsibilities
• Lead the architectural design and planning process for major construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to develop comprehensive architectural solutions that meet project objectives.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical expertise in the selection of building materials, construction techniques, and sustainable design principles.
• Oversee the development and presentation of architectural drawings, renderings, and models to convey design concepts to stakeholders and clients.
• Conduct thorough site evaluations and assessments to identify architectural constraints, opportunities, and potential risks.
• Review and approve construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and alignment with design intent.
• Manage and mentor a team of junior architects and designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Engage in continuous research and knowledge sharing to stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in architectural design and construction.
• Participate in client meetings, presenting architectural proposals, addressing inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while proactively resolving any architectural-related issues that may arise during construction.
Qualifications
Education Qualification
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
Certification Required
Professional certification or licensure as an Architect
Additional certifications in sustainable design, LEED, or related fields will be advantageous

ROLE :
Databricks architects work with clients and cross-functional teams to develop solutions for the Databricks platform and APIs.
Their responsibilities may include :
Understanding client needs
Engaging with clients to understand their business objectives, technical requirements, and data challenges
Designing solutions
Working with data engineering and data science teams to develop architectures and solutions
Providing technical leadership
Leading a group of developers to address a goal and providing hands-on technical leadership
Training the developer community
Evangelizing Apache Spark and training the developer community on how to use it
Validating integrations
Validating integrations with cloud services, home grown tools, and other third-party applications
