Director of Business Development

Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, CFA) preferred.
Proven experience in investor relations, business development, and capital raising within the financial services industry, preferably in hedge funds, private equity, or asset management.
Expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and fund structures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of driving successful outcomes.

The estimated base salary for this role is $170,000 – $200,000 with additional incentives including bonus and equity.
