Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer with a strong focus on minimalistic design and extensive experience in crafting landing pages, websites tailored for the North American market. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for clean, functional design, and a portfolio that showcases successful landing pages optimized for user experience and conversions. As our Web Designer, you will collaborate with marketing and development teams to bring innovative ideas to life while maintaining design simplicity and clarity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing and high-converting landing pages with a focus on minimalism, ensuring they align with the company's brand identity and goals.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand project requirements and create landing page wireframes, mockups, and final designs.
• Ensure designs are user-centric and optimized for conversions, with a strong focus on UX and UI principles.
• Adapt designs for mobile and tablet experiences to ensure seamless functionality across devices.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices within the North American market to create innovative, culturally relevant designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation and provide support throughout the development process.
• Conduct A/B testing and use data-driven insights to continuously improve landing page design and performance.
• Ensure all web design work adheres to accessibility standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in web design, with a strong focus on minimalistic design principles.
• Extensive experience in designing landing pages specifically for the North American market.
• Proficient in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI best practices, particularly in conversion rate optimization (CRO) for landing pages.
• Experience with responsive design and mobile-first principles.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio showcasing minimalistic designs and successful landing pages for the North American audience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to join our innovative team. The Senior Software Developer will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions.

1. Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain software applications using ASP.NET, MVC, MS SQL, and other relevant technologies.

2. API Development: Create robust and scalable APIs to support seamless integration between applications.

4. Experience with Jira for project management and issue tracking.

5. In-depth knowledge of database design, optimization, and MS SQL Server.

7. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Familiarity with frontend frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).

4. Knowledge of Git for version control.
