Job Description
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in management consulting, change management, large-scale project management, or process improvement leadership.
Ability to travel as required.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare (preferred but not required).
Strong computer skills with fluency in key software packages.
Exceptional written, oral, and presentation skills for influencing senior executives.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment with demonstrated project management skills.
Master's degree (preferred).
Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range: \(128,730 to \)220,608.
Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, equity stock purchase, and more.
Hybrid work environment with expectations for in-office attendance at least once per week or as specified by the hiring manager.
