UK Warehouse Logistics Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for the daily management of the UK warehouse, including improving warehouse operations efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Oversee inventory management and ensure distribution quality control.

Manage the warehouse team and service providers, establish and implement warehouse management systems to ensure safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other relevant parties to ensure timely delivery of goods and maintain customer satisfaction.

Responsible for cost control and budget management to ensure warehouse operating costs are reasonable and controllable.

Develop and implement overseas warehouse solutions, including but not limited to warehouse layout, logistics, and distribution strategies.

Gain insight into local logistics resources and market conditions in the UK and provide risk mitigation measures and recommendations based on these insights.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in logistics management, warehouse management, or related disciplines.

Over 5 years of warehouse management experience, with experience in building and managing UK warehouses preferred.

Familiar with warehouse logistics management processes and operating standards, with strong team management, communication, and coordination skills.

Strong cost control and budget management skills, capable of effectively reducing warehouse operating costs.

Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

Proficient in office software and warehouse management systems.
