Warehouse (Forklift) Operative
Moguntia Food Ltd is based in Market Harborough. Essentially we distribute food items to the major multiples and also have an ecommerce hamper business on site (Hay Hampers). We are part of the Moguntia Food Group which includes Moguntia Food Ingredients.

Job Role
This role is varied but essential to the efficient output of our Warehouse operation. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who can work in a team environment and be flexible in the duties assigned.
Purpose of this role
To work as part of a team undertaking the physical distribution of goods in and out of our Warehouse including hamper packing. Forklift licence essential but many tasks exclude a forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Maintain pick & accuracy rates to company expected levels;
2.Be responsible for Health & Safety of themselves and others;
3.Maintain expected level of attendance;
4.Ensure high levels of housekeeping are maintained at all times;
5.Comply with Company rules, procedures and relevant legislation;
6.To work on ad-hoc tasks as may be required by the business
Essential Job – Related Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:
1.Numeracy & literacy;
2.Ability to gain knowledge of products, company systems and procedures;
3.Able to work as part of a team;
4.To be a safe operators of warehouse equipment (i.e. wrapping machine, pallet trucks and forklifts);
5.Ability to drive a reach, counterbalance or flexi forklift truck
