Qualifications
Established company seeks Senior level Accountant with experience in monthly general ledger close process, analyze large amounts of data, and research discrepancies
The candidate should be able to who will work closely with financial and operational data to support the MRO
5+ years of accounting experience with Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline required
Deep knowledge of general financial accounting
Strong understanding of and ability to adhere to GAAP
Strong Excel skills

Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for managing key performance indicators, as well as handling of revenue accounting operations within the company
This includes accounts receivable and general ledger functions, as well as assist with financial reporting and analysis
Analyze monthly statements and recommendation future action to senior management ensuring financial results are achieved
Perform month-end close activities including as well as journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, analyzing data reports and discrepancies
Reconcile balance accounts and prepare monthly account analysis and financial reporting
Research and resolve reconciliation differences on a monthly basis
Participate in month-end close activities - posting and reviewing journals entries
Fixed Asset and capital appropriations management for multiple facilities

Job Details
