Founded by Mitesh, who has a background in textiles and fashion design, the label aims to blend traditional design heritage with modern construction and silhouettes. The studio is located in Lower Parel, and is committed to pushing creative boundaries in the fashion industry.

Role Description
• Proven experience working in a Hi- fashion retail store providing exceptional customer service & styling advise [For Experience] [Fresher also consider].
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and preferences to provide personalized assistance.
• Provide an excellent shopping environment to customers and generating maximum business results.
• Guide and recommended the clothes to customers matching with their personality.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Coordination for trials done at optimum timelines to ensure that the delivery happens as per schedule and corrections that are suggested can be incorporated.
• Ensuring the layout of the store and the Merchandising display is in excellent condition that fosters customer satisfaction.
• Ensuring that the product dispatches are done within promised deadlines.
• Understanding design from a technical perspective, i.e. producing patterns and technical specifications for designs.
• Punching Sales Orders on ERP as soon as they are placed.
• Ensuring the accuracy of Client Specifications as per the Order given to avoid any discrepancies or dissatisfaction.
• Taking care that the quality parameters are met as per the design and fabric specifications.

Job Qualifications And Skill Set Requirements :
• Bachelors or Diploma required apparel or fashion designing (associate degree preferred)
• Software Skills -Adobe Illustrator / Procreate / Digital Sketching & Canva.
• Work experience in the garment industry
• 1 + years' experience in merchandising or retail [Fresher are also welcomed]
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful sales management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
