Roles and Responsibilities
• Legal Documentation and Due Diligence
• Maintaining updated versions of all standard form legal agreement templates
• Leads documentation efforts on all agreements with or concerning enterprise customers, financial institution and NBFC partners, investors / shareholders and intercorporate arrangements
• Leads documentations efforts on all commercial contracts including but not limited to SaaS Agreement, Master Services Agreements, Sales Personnel Agreements, Digital Marketing Agreements, Non- Disclosure Agreements, Contractor Agreements, Referral Agreements, Reseller Agreements, White-labelling Agreement, MOU’s, Employment Agreements, Subscription Orders, Data Processing Agreements which includes but is not limited to (GDPR, CCPA, HIPPA, Indian IT Act, PDP Singapore), and Commercial Partnership Agreement, all kinds of Vendor Contracts.

SPOC for legal due diligence while interacting with credit rating agencies, lenders and investors
• Providing legal advice with respect to transaction structures and programs that may be implemented and work with external legal firms wherever applicable to opine on the legality of transaction structures
