• Have polite phone conversations with current and potential clients.
• Make calls to prospective consumers to persuade them to buy the company's goods and services.
• Create and arrange appointments and promising leads for the direct sales team.
• The capacity to adhere to the telecalling script.
• Completely document interactions with potential consumers in the format required.
• Proficient communication abilities.
• Basic computer skills or application expertise for mobile devices.
• Submitting Reports to: Telemarketing Supervisor
Candidate Profile required
• Education – Higher Secondary (12th Pass)
• Required Language proficiency is a must as per the region and not education.
