Pacific Media Network is looking for an energetic Pacific Language Content and Partnerships Manager to lead our language teams and drive the next phase of our strategic growth. This dynamic role involves overseeing 10 language teams, enhancing Pacific content, and raising the profile of Pacific languages.

The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership background, a passion for multilingual content, and experience in digital engagement. Knowledge of the news industry and funding processes is a plus.

This role is Auckland based.




Your responsibilities will include:

Content Strategy Development and Delivery
Enable innovation and digital transformation
Lead with a data lens
Advocating for Pacific Languages
Oversight of Planning & Budgeting
Managing On-Air Performance & Broadcasting Operations
Project Lead our Innovation Fund
