As the IMS Content Administrator in our HSQE team, your main responsibility will be to upload and maintain content on our SharePoint platform.

In addition to the above you will:

Maintain document metadata and archive end of life documents
Collaborate with key stakeholders to make sure documents are accurate and up to date
Ensure that content is proofed and formatted correctly and complies with IMS standards
Other administrative tasks as and when required.
Our IMS can be complex at times, and we need someone with confidence, amazing communication skills and an eye for detail to make our core content available to and accessible by all.

We're looking for someone with:

Outstanding attention to detail.
Confidence to work independently when required.
Strong English language and proof-reading skills.
Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation.
Strong computer literacy (familiarity with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel and SharePoint).
Prior experience in construction, HSQE or administrative roles would be an advantage. We're looking for someone who is a great fit in our team and who demonstrates good work ethic and values. Full training will be provided for the role.
