We are a nimble and growing organization where everyone’s role is very important for the company’s business success. All team members’ contributions have a direct correlation with the company’s performance in meeting its business and financial objectives.

We are looking for a dynamic and eager Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with a basic understanding of digital marketing principles and a strong willingness to learn. While prior experience in full-stack digital marketing, especially in the B2B sector, is beneficial, it is not required. This role is crucial for helping us increase brand visibility and drive revenue through various marketing channels.

Job Location:
• Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)

Shift Timings:
• 2PM to 11PM/ 3PM to 12AM
• Monday to Friday
• Work from office

Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning and executing marketing activities, including Inbound and Outbound campaigns, to support marketing goals.
• Contribute to enhancing brand visibility through digital marketing channels such as Web, social media, SEO/SEM, PR, Events, and marketing collaterals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing tasks with company-specific goals and objectives.
• Assist in analyzing and reporting on the performance of marketing campaigns, with guidance to adjust strategies as needed.
• Support the creation and distribution of engaging marketing content.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing to contribute new ideas and improvements.
• Excellent analytics and planning ability to support the HOD in annual strategy formulation.
• A go-getter with a dynamic personality, capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Skills & Education Required:
• Basic understanding of digital marketing principles and channels (e.g., social media, SEO, Email Marketing).
• Some exposure to marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn and apply new skills in a real-world environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
• A proactive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus but not required.
